The high number of pending rape cases handled by High Court judge Justice Salesi Temo has seen the charges against All Nations Christian Fellowship head Epeli Ratabacaca transferred to another judge.
Justice Temo said the case would be transferred to Justice Paul Madigan where all pre-trial matters and other issues would be discussed.
Defence lawyer, Filimone Vosarogo informed Justice Temo he wanted to make bail variations regarding his client before the court.
The bail variation application would be heard on March 2 while other matters would be heard by Justice Madigan on March 14.
Ratabacaca denied two counts of rape and one count of indecent assault.
He is currently on a $5000 bail bond with two sureties for the same amount.
Bail conditions set by the court requires Ratabacaca to report three times a week at the Samabula Police Station, to surrender his travel documents and warned not to interfere with prosecution witnesses.
