General Manager
We are seeking a talented, confident, self motivated and well organized industry professional to take charge and to manage this busy Resort. The successful applicant will report directly to the Managing Director and should possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
l 3 – 5 years proven experience in General Manager or Resort Manager Role, preferable in a 4 to 5 star Hotel / Resort or with similar Island Resort experience.
l Hands on & involved manager with the ability to lead, train and motivate a busy team.
l Excellent delegation, organization and project management skills.
l Proactive, self starter with the ability to independently drive the team to achieve business goals.
l Possess the ability to detail, ability to improve and enforce company policies and procedures.
l Must have good interpersonal skills and be very focuses on delivering a quality customer experience.
l Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbal and written.
l Strong and demonstrate experience in budgeting, revenue and cost desirable.
l Computer literate – Fidelio/Opera PMS, Micros POS, and MC experience desirable.
l South pacific hospitaily or previous Island experience desirable.
Sales & Marketing Manager
l Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role preferable in a 4 – 5 star property.
l Proven track record with international experience.
l Proven stable track record in a management role.
l Excellent management and organizational skills.
l Corporate and leisure portfolio.
l Impeccable grooming and presentation.
l Energetic/enthusiastic, involves hosting and entertain agents & families.
l Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focused.
l Analytical and marketing strategies.
l Budget planning and abilities to be target and sales focused.
l Fully computer literature is essential.
l Prepared to travel extensively both domestic and international
Indian Chef
Successful Applicant reports directly to the Executive Chef and must possess the following attributes:
l Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role preferable in a 4 – 5 star property.
l Previous Extensive International Indian culinary experience and have the ability to create and implement new and improved menus.
l Experience in large scale quality catering with flair and talent for creativity.
l Energetic, enthusiastic and a passion for food preparation and presentation
l Ability to work diligently to achieve high guest satisfaction standards.
l Ability to plan, organize and monitor staff to ensure compliance with all resort standards & procedures.
Reservations Manager
Successful Applicant reports directly to the Resort Manager and must possess the following attributes:
l Sound broad knowledge of Opera.
l Minimum 2 years experience in Rooms Division, Front Office and Reservations within Hotel environment preferred.
l Qualification from a recognized institute.
l Ability to work autonomously, train and motivate staff.
