The shooting of the Bollywood movie ‘3G’ continued yesterday with the set located at the Fiji National University (FNU) Samabula Campus in Suva yesterday.
The cast and crew began preparations to shoot a ‘college scene’ for the movie between 1-5pm.
Executive producer, Devanshu Asthane, said the filming went smoothly.
“We have received a lot of assistance and support from everyone; the people at the Suva City Council, the people from Fiji National University and everyone has been very helpful,” Mr Asthane said.
He said that while there were a few minor challenges that involved unavailability of certain things on set, it was not such a big deal.
“Fiji is not used to having movies shot here and there are some things that we lack here on set and things are not arriving on time.
“But the difference is everyone in Fiji works hard to make things come together and is so friendly.
“At every location; from Pacific Harbour until Suva, the people have been very helpful and we are grateful for that,” he said.
