IN THE ESTATE OF DASHRATH, father’s name MUTTAIYA of Tabucola, Labasa, Fiji Islands, Cultivator, Deceased, Testate

Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 59 of the Trustees Act relates) in respect of the abovenamed deceased who died on the 17th day of February 2012 at Labasa Hospital, Labasa, Republic of Fiji are requested to send particulars of their claims to the undersigned within 21 days from the date hereof which date the Executor and Trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.

And all persons indebted to the said deceased are requested to pay their accounts to the undersigned within the said 21 days.
