Winding Up Action No. HBE 35 of 2012
IN THE MATTER of ALLIED SECURITY FORCE (FIJI) LIMITED -and- IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act, 1983
NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition for Winding Up of the above-named Company by ROHINI KIRAN NARAYAN of Lot 117, Stage 3, Narere in the Republic of Fiji, Businesswoman was on Tuesday the 29th day of May, 2012 presented to the High Court of Fiji at Suva. AND that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Suva on Monday the 9th day of July, 2012 at 9:30 o’clock in the forenoon, AND any creditor or contributory of the said ALLIED SECURITY FORCE (FIJI) LIMITED desirous to support or oppose the making of an Order on the Petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by its Solicitor for that purpose and a copy of the Petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any Creditor or contributory of the said ALLIED SECURITY FORCE (FIJI) LIMITED requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for same.
