Ghanaian national, Boake Kwame, who admitted to credit card-related fraud charges is still not medically examined.
This is despite an earlier court order by the Suva Magistrates Court.
Legal Aid Commission lawyer, Senikavika Jiuta, representing Kwame and co-accused, Marvin Agyemang and Isaac Vellison made this known in court on Friday.
The trio pleaded guilty to credit card fraud charges.
Their mitigation submissions were filed by Ms Jiuta.
The court had ordered on June 12 that a medical report of Kwame be submitted to Magistrate Liyanage.
Kwame had told the court that he was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Magistrate Liyanage noted the defiance of the court order. The case has been adjourned to July 6.
