Public notice

NOTICE is hereby given that after the expiration of twenty one (21) days an applicant will be made to the High Court of Fiji for the grant of Probate in the estate of Kamla Joseph of 70 Damu Road, Nepani, Nasinu,  Domestic  Duties deceased who died on the 22nd day of April, 2012 at the CWM  Hospital  AND FURTHER  NOTICE is hereby given that enabling creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of the said deceased are required by the Executors and Trustees to send particulars of their claims in writing to them at the address below after which date the Executors and Trustees may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then had notice. And all persons indebted to the estate of the said deceased are required to pay their accounts to the said address below.
