IN  THE  ESTATE  of VILIKESA RAMAQA WILLIAM  LLEWELLYN RYLAND late of Lot 4 Daniva Road, Naveiwakau, Valelevu, Suva, Fiji, Deceased, Bank Officer who died on the 07th day of May, 2012 at Lot 4 Daniva Road, Naveiwakau, Valelevu, Suva, Fiji.

NOTICE is hereby given that after the expiration of twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice or from the date hereof (whichever is later) necessary application will be made to the  High Court of Fiji at Suva, Fiji by MERE TAMOI RYLAND aka MERE TAMOI, the Executrix and Trustee of the estate of the said VILIKESA late of Lot 4 Daniva Road, Naveiwakau, Valelevu, Suva, Fiji, Deceased, Bank Officer for the granting and sealing of Probate in the etate hereinabove described.

AND FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the said deceased are required by the said Executrix and Trustee to send particulars of their claims in writing to the Chief Registrar, High Court of Fiji, Government Buildings, Suva. A copy of the particulars should also be sent to Mere Tamoi Ryland P O Box 6099, Nasinu Post Office, Nasinu.
