Bainivalu awaits his soccer ruling

Lautoka soccer rep defender Poasa Bainivalu will know his fate today.
This is whether the 20-year-old can play for Nadi during the Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants later this month.
Bainivalu was earlier slapped with a two and half years suspension and $5000 fine for bringing disrepute to Nadi Football.
Bainivalu has appealed his suspension with the Nadi Football board members yesterday.
Bainivalu had applied for his release from Lautoka to join the Nadi side and later withdrew his application.
This was done after the Transfer Window was closed.
Bainivalu had signed a contract that should have seen him featuring for the Nadi team for one year before he can move to another district.
“We will make a decision on Tuesday,” Nadi Football president, Tarun Patel said.
