IN THE ESTATE of BABU LAL also known as BABULAL late of Naleba, Labasa in the Republic of Fiji Islands, Cultivator, Testate.

NOTICE is hereby given that after the expiration of twenty one (21) days an application will be made to the High Court of Fiji for the grant of Probate in the estate hereinafter described. AND FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given enabling Creditors and other persons (to which Section 59 of the Trustees Act relates) having claims in respect of the Estate of BABU LAL also known as BABULAL late of Naleba, Labasa in the Republic of Fiji Islands, Cultivator, Testate who died on the 03rd day of July, 2012 at Naleba, Labasa (Home) Fiji are required by the Executor and Trustee to send particulars of their claims in writing to the undersigned Solicitors by 30th day of July, 2012 after which date the Executor and Trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regards only to the claims of which he then has notice.

AND FURTHER NOTICE is given that all persons indebted to the estate of said deceased are requested to pay their accounts to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 30th day of July, 2012. DATED this 9th day of July, 2012.
