Public notice

In the Estate of YUSUF ALI of Batanikama,  Labasa,  Labourer, Deceased, Testate.

NOTICE is hereby given that after the expiration of twenty one (21) days an application will be made to the High Court of Fiji in Suva for grant of Probate in the Estate of the deceased described above

AND FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given enabling Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 59 of Trustee Act relates) in respect of the abovenamed deceased who died on the 2nd day of June 1996 at Labasa Hospital are required by the Executor & Trustee to send particulars of their claims in writing to the undersigned by the 31st day of July 2012 after which date the Executor & Trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then has notice. And all persons indebted are requested to pay their accounts to the Executor & Trustee by the 31st day of July 2012.
