IN THE ESTATE of SAMUELA TOKINIVALU also known as SAMUELA TOKI late  of Veisaru, Ba, Fiji, Deceased, testate.

NOTICE is hereby given that after the expiration of twenty one (21) days an application will be made to the High Court of Fiji for grant of Letters of Administration De Bonis Non in the Estate hereinafter described.

AND FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given enabling Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the Estate of SAMUELA also known as SAMUELA TOKI late  of Veisaru, Ba, Deceased, who died on the 10th day of August, 1993 at Nailaga Hospital, Ba, aforesaid are required by the Intended Administratrix De Bonis Non to send particulars of their claims in writing to the undersigned by 30th day of July, 2012 after which date the Intended Administratrix De Bonis Non may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the Intended Administratrix De Bonis Non then has notice of. And all persons indebted to the said deceased are required to pay their accounts to the said Intended Administratrix De Bonis Non by the said 30th day of July, 2012.
