IN THE ESTATE OF SIRTAJI also known as SIRITARI late of Tabia, Labasa, Domestic Duties, Deceased, Testate.

NOTICE is hereby given that after the expiration of twenty one (21) days an application will be made to the High Court of Fiji for the grant of Probate in the Estate hereinafter described

AND  FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given enabling Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the Estate of SIRTAJI also known as SIRITARI of Tabia, Labasa, Domestic Duties, Deceased who died on the 2nd day of July 2012 at Tabia, Labasa, Testate are required by the Executrix and Trustee to send particulars of their claims in writing to M. SADIQ ESQ., Solicitor, Labasa by 31st day of July, 2012 after which date the Executrix and Trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the Executrix and Trustee then has notice. AND all persons indebted to the said deceased are required to pay their accounts to the said Solicitor by the said 31st day of July, 2012.
