Radio Australia is now again available 24 hours a day on local FM frequencies.
Locally based transmitters in Suva, Nadi and Labasa can be heard on 106.6FM, and in the coming weeks on 106.4FM in Ba.
Radio Australia’s FM transmitters in Suva and Nadi were switched off on April 2009. A statement outlined how through dialogue with the Fiji Broadcasting Corporation and the Fijian Ministry of Information Radio Australia’s FM services have resumed.
