Tailevu has maintained its unbeaten run in the Digicel Cup competition after beating Ovalau 34-17 at Ratu Cakobau Park yesterday.
Tailevu Rugby president Maika Rainima said they want to maintain the consistency.
“The biggest challenge for us now is maintaining the consistency,”Rainima said.
“Ovalau gave us a tough game and we committed some mistakes.
“We need to improve on our weaknesses for the last two games against Tavua and Naitasiri before the semifinals.”
Tailevu led 20-10 at halftime and the side came back firing to win a 34-17 bonus point win.
Tailevu now extends their lead to 41 points on top of the Digicel Cup point’s standings.
