Two die in road accident

A 33 year-old bank officer and a 38 year-old farmer of Taveuni, have lost their lives after their vehicle tumbled.
According to the Police, the two were travelling together with three other passengers towards Mua from Matei.
On the way the driver lost control of the vehicle. It went off the road and tumbled about five or six times.
Police spokesperson Atunaisa Sokomuri confirmed both were seriously injured and were pronounced dead on arrival at Taveuni hospital.
Meanwhile, the other three passengers received injuries and are admitted at Taveuni Hospital.
