Of VIR  KUMAR late of Navo, Nadi,  in the Republic of Fiji, Taxi  Proprietor, Deceased, testate

Creditors and other persons  having claims (to which Section  59 of the Trustees Act relates)  in respect of the abovenamed  deceased who died on 20th  day of June 2012 at Nadi  Hospital, are requested to send  particulars of their claims to  the undersigned within 21 days  from the date hereof after which  date the Executrix and Trustee  may convey or distribute the  assets having regard only to the  claims of which she then has  notice.

And all persons indebted to the  said deceased are requested  to pay their accounts to the  undersigned by the 10th day of  August 2012.
