OF KERESI  MAGRAVE aka Chris Magrave  OF 238 SUKANAIVALU ROAD,  LAUTOKA, LABOURER.

NOTICE is hereby given that after expiration of twenty one (21) days  from the publication of this notice, an  application will be made to the High  Court of Fiji, Probate Jurisdiction for  the grant of Letters of Administration  in the above mentioned estate.

AND  FURTHER  NOTICE  is  hereby given to Creditors and other  persons having claims in respect  of the Estate to the abovenamed  deceased who died on 11th day of  November, 2008 at Lautoka Hospital  are required by the administratrix  to send particulars of their claims to  the undermentioned Solicitors by the  10th day ofAugust, 2012 after which date the Administratrix may convey  or distribute the assets having regard  only to the claims of which she then  have notice.

And all persons indebted to the said  deceased are required to pay their  accounts to the said Solicitors by the  10th day of August, 2012.
