OF BALWANT  SINGH FORMERLY OF SABETO,  NADI BUT NOW RESIDING AT  4429 CROWN VALLEY WAY,  MODESTO CALIFORNIA 95356,  USA, MACHINE OPERATOR

NOTICE is hereby given that after expiration of twenty one (21)  days from the publication of this  notice, an application will be made  to the High Court of Fiji, Probate  Jurisdiction for the grant of Letters  of Administration in the above  mentioned estate.

AND FURTHER NOTICE  is  hereby given to Creditors and other  persons having claims in respect  of the Estate to the abovenamed  deceased who died on 12th day of  May, 2009 at Kaiser Foundation  Hospital Modesto are required  by the administratrix to send  particulars of their claims to the  undermentioned Solicitors by the  10th day of August,2012after which date the Administratrix may convey  or distribute the assets having regard  only to the claims of which she then  have notice.

And all persons indebted to the said  deceased are required to pay their  accounts to the said Solicitors by the  10th day of August, 2012.
