Fiji has seen significant levels of activity in recent times with many real estate agents reporting that they have been busier than they have ever been before.
A local real estate agent in Denarau on the western side of Fiji, has advised they have never been busier with a number of sales being reported, and the enquiry level significantly up on past years.
Indicative of the numbers of people who are currently in Fiji, is the fact that a number of the hotels are reporting they are currently completely booked out.
In addition, Naisoso Island is also experiencing the high quality of potential purchasers and visitors to the island. During the week two beach front lot expressions of interest were taken and one riverfront lot was sold.
General manager of Naisoso Island, Donna Quinn, has been impressed with the current quality of people visiting the island.
“The quality of visitors has increased significantly over the past few months,” Ms Quinn said.
“This time last year we seemed to have a lot of lookers. This high tourist period has genuinely bought people out who realise the beauty of the island and the true investment potential and are keen to put their signature on a land lot or apartment.”
“One of the areas that we have seen noticeable change on Naisoso Island is the appearance of houses being completed and others coming out of the ground, Ms Quinn said.
“We now have our third home due for completion over the next 10 days, two other homes already at roof height with a number also just starting to come out of the ground.
We also have a lot of other purchasers finalising their plans with their architects”.
Naisoso Island moves a little towards achieving their vision of being the best master planned island in the Pacific and beyond.
