‘Extreme’ support

The Tebara Bus Tailevu rugby team received their new outfit sponsored by Extreme Business Solution yesterday.
The donation came in the form of muscle vests-shirts and cargo pants that will be worn by the team in the first Digicel Cup semifinal against Naitasiri at Ratu Cakobau Park today.
Tailevu Rugby Union president Maika Rainima said their aim was to make it to the top six of the competitions from their 10th placing last year.
“We would like to thank God for giving us this opportunity being the undefeated side,”Rainima said.
“This was the boost for us as our target was to make the top six,
“We have now made it to the semifinal and I want to acknowledge the support of the province and all the fans.”
All players have been reminded by team management that when they  don the green and gold jumper, they are regarded as a ‘kai Tailevu’.
“From day one, all players that if they are not from Tailevu were remanded that if they don the Tailevu colors they are ‘kai Tailevu’,
“Team bonding is very strong and we have been treating every game as a final from day one and we respect each and every team that we meet,” Rainima added.
“We are urging everyone to come with their Tailevu colors on Saturday and support the team.”
