Could it be that life is good for one of those from other places working with an NGO which is helping here?
Whisper is that the said person lives at one of our more fashionable addresses.
Could it also be that someone once prominent with an NGO – and known for fairly vocal views of the news media – has moved on leaving projects still to be completed?
