As the clock ticks away, contestants vying for the Miss World title are head over heels about their preparations. The same can be said for Miss Fiji, Koini Vakaloloma.
As scores of fans, friends and family members rally their support, she has been overwhelmed WITH words of encouragement pouring in.
In her facebook page she commented, “You don’t know how much it means to me to hear the encouragement and support I have from you all. To be here representing my country and the Pacific island nations is what makes Pacific women strong, a voice for all”.
The Miss World 2012 will be the 62nd edition of the Miss World pageant to be held on August 18, 2012 in Dongsheng Fitness Centre Stadium, Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China.
One hundred and sixteen contestants from all over the world competed for the crown, marking the biggest turnout in the pageant’s history.
Ivian Sarcos of Venezuela will crown her successor at the end of the event.
