Police probe man’s death

By LOSIRENE CHAND

Police in Fiji’s Northern Division are investigating the death of a 78-year-old farmer who was found in a pool of blood at Nakelemoto settlement in Bua.

This has been confirmed by Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro, who says the grisly find was made early yesterday by a fisherman who had gone to buy Fijian tobacco from the farmer.

Police have appealed for information on the case.
