Naisoso Island is all about having fun, different and first class concepts to experience.

Naisoso Island took further steps this week in its development phase with a third home finished late on Friday, construction of more homes underway, the first of the marina berths officially settling and further developments on the retail concepts.
Conceptual plans for the retail commercial precinct have been developed by architect Crossan, Clarke and Carnachan.
The brief provided by developer of Naisoso Island, Bob Lowres, was to create a modern tropical upmarket retail area with a tropical Fijian influence.
Further development on these plans is now underway after consultation with retailing experts from Australia who are providing their input into ensuring the retail precinct is creative, unique and maximising its potential.
Located right in front of the retail commercial precinct are the first 26 marina berths with the first of the marina berth owners taking occupation of their berth this week.
General manager of Naisoso Island, Donna Quinn, is excited at the island taking shape particularly with the retail shops.
“I am excited at the opportunity to not only engage the best retailers in Fiji but we also intend to bring new, creative, innovative and cutting edge retail concepts to Fiji,” Ms Quinn said.
“It is all about having fun, different and first class concepts to experience.
“There is a tremendous energy at the moment on the island with construction of luxury homes being complete and with initial works undertaken on the apartments this week:
“To add to that the marina development and the concepts for the retail area, we are in for exciting times ahead.
“Our plan continues that we will have about 50 per cent of the retail precinct complete to coincide with the completion of the Peppers Naisoso Island Apartments”.
