ANZ Fiji 3-Day System Outage Now Fixed

ANZ Fiji experienced a payment system outage since Monday 30 December, 2024. For the past three days, frustrated customers have been left in the dark as the bank did not send out a public notification regarding the issue.
Only those who called the Helpline to inquire were informed of the outage.
ANZ country head Fiji Rabih Yazbek said their technology teams have been trying to resolve the complex technical issue since.

Mr Yazbek said unfortunately, the situation has been further complicated by the challenges of operating during the public holiday period.
“We understand the impact this has had on our customers, and we sincerely apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused,” Mr Yazbek said.
“Our team has been working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and a fix was completed early this morning. Payments should now be processed as normal from today."
Customers are encouraged to contact the bank on 132 411 if they continue to experience any issues or believe they have incurred additional bank fees or charges due to the outage.
At least 200,000 Fijians bank with ANZ Fiji.
